HELP WANTED!

Options
The truth is after retiring from the military and getting divorced, I fell into depression and did nothing for my body. It's taken me four years to get mentally healthy again and now I want to work on my body again.

Two weeks ago I was told I have a thyroid issue and the onset of diabetes....blah! But I'm trying really hard not to let these things stop me from losing the 20 pounds I've gained since retirement.

I could use so much support! Any constructive feedback is more than appreciated.

Good luck to all and I hope I get your support!:flowerforyou:

    You can definitely do it.
Sounds like you have the right mindset.
    That's the first step!

It sounds like you did a lot of work to get where you are now. I'm sorry for what you've been through.

    Thank you for serving.:flowerforyou:

As you can see, I just started my journey back into better health. But one thing that helps me is to find enjoyment even in my most difficult parts of getting back into shape.

Also, it's helps me to read the tagged/pinned threads for newbies.

    Only the best to you.
