Just Getting Started

Just started Monday, think I am on the right path here.

Looking to lose 100lbs by my next birthday (that gives me darn near a year)

Steps taken so far:
1. Joined the gym
2. Joined MFP
3. Actually went to the gym
4 Paying attention to what I am eating

I know it will take a lot of hard work, but in the end it will be worth it!

  • Hi! I'm just getting started too! The hardest part of any exercise program is getting motivated to start. I hear that it takes 2 weeks to make something a habit or part of your normal routine. So my first goal is to do some type of physical activity every day. I challenge you to do the same!
