Just started Monday, think I am on the right path here.
Looking to lose 100lbs by my next birthday (that gives me darn near a year)
Steps taken so far:
1. Joined the gym
2. Joined MFP
3. Actually went to the gym
4 Paying attention to what I am eating
I know it will take a lot of hard work, but in the end it will be worth it!

Hi! I'm just getting started too! The hardest part of any exercise program is getting motivated to start. I hear that it takes 2 weeks to make something a habit or part of your normal routine. So my first goal is to do some type of physical activity every day. I challenge you to do the same!0
