Eating and Working Out

I am looking for some constructive input ... I have started doing a bootcamp 3-4 times a week ... and i have been eating back some of my exercise calories - (woop woop more food!)
I have checked out a couple different calorie calculators, adding in 1-3 hours of exercise a week, and the numbers I am getting for intake, for healthy loss is between 1860 to 2200 ... my original calorie goal was 1700 ... I am wondering if I am eating too little and inadvertently sabotaging myself
If anyone is willing to review my diary, and the numbers and give me some advise/direction ... it sure would be appreciated!

there's not enough information here for anybody to help you with your intake. those numbers fall within a reasonable range for most people so give them a try and see how you're doing after a few weeks. you can adjust a few hundred calorie up or down after you gather some actionable information0
