To quickly introduce myself.....I am a 33yo male and trying to do what everyone else is doing......trying to lose bodyfat and become healthier. For a quick rundown, I am 5'-10" and a few years ago use to weigh 360lbs. Exersized and dieted til I til I hit 282 and lost motivation. Gained weight and balloned back up to 310lb til I realized I need to make a permenant change. Hit the gym, park and treadmil and got back down to 242lbs and well.....guess what?!?.....Stopped and gained some weight back. I started this round at 280lb and now I am around 261-263. I am having a much more difficult time now. Seems like I can exersize ALOT and eat good food, but still wont drop the numbers I use to see. i downloaded this app and now realizing that I am seriously not eating enough. I try to limit 1800 cals a day and hit the gym and park almost everyday, and will be lucky to drop a lb or just stay the same each week. I never thought that I needed to compensate and add calories for the exersize I am doing. I hope this website, you motivated people and my app will help along this long tough road to my goal of 200lbs. Any help, advise, etc.....will be appreciated. Thanks, Chris!!!!
