A Reintroduction

I'm sure you all know about falling off the wagon, well I did that about seven months ago and wallowed in it. I lost twenty pounds and was still going, a hair from being under the two-hundreds. It went down hill and I dived back into the most comfortable place I know, food. Sad and pizza held hands for those seven months and i'm back to my highest.
I'm back and hungry for those results again, I told pizza we had to take a break and sad is working itself out through walks and Zumba!
Here is some about what i'm doing to get there.
My first goal is to get out of these 200's!
That's all i'm going to focus on right now, just achieving this first twenty.
I'm systematically replacing a large chunk of the processed carbs to proteins and good fats.
Vegetables, fruit, and fish/buffalo/eggs/misc protein. Is the main menu.
Pushing ANY kind of movement into my day, if that means a ten mile walk or forty-five minutes of Zumba then that's what it is.
I haven't figured out exactly what routine I want to start with strength training but i'm reading on it now and i'm going to include that in a few days a week. (Maybe yoga?)
That's all I can implement right now, one day at a time.
I would love some friends again, I want to share my journey and root for you on yours. So friend me if you could use another cheerleader!
