I just tried this recipe on toasted bread and with carrotsticks,and it was yummy and filling 
Ingredients:
1/2 (6 oz) container plain yogurt
1 (6 oz) jar artichokes
1/8 c. parmesan cheese (eyeball it)
pepper to taste
parsley to taste
Directions:
Drain and rinse artichokes. Blend all ingredients (I used my magic bullet ^_^)
