My Intro

So I've downloaded a few different calorie tracking apps on my phone over the last few months. I'd use it for a few days, maybe a week at the most before deleting it. I downloaded MFP Saturday and so far I'm doing good. It's amazing how keeping track of what I eat and drink effects my decisions. I am choosing healthier options, and not over eating or eating out of boredom.
Since Saturday 10/2 I have lost 5lbs. This could be water weight, but I'll take it. I haven't been working out, besides doing some walking, but nothing major. Right now just focusing on what I eat. I'm looking forward to loosing some weight, I'd like to drop at least 20lbs (although in reality, I should loose a LOT more) but baby steps.

I think baby steps are great because they go into the right direction! I too have MFP on my phone and its so convient. For example if Im trying to figure what to eat, I grab my phone and search it! But good job on deciding to become a healthier you! I kno you can do it!
