Does anyone know this? I have Barilla whole grain pasta (rotini and penne) and want to know the calorie content for the serving I will eat (generally about a cup). All I can find though for calorie content is per dry ounce. Does anyone know what 2oz of dry equals when it is cooked?!
Thanks!!

I believe 2 oz dry equals 1 cup cooked :-) I did just look this up online and many websites agree!

2oz = 1 cup that is an accepted *general* rule. It depends on the size and weight of the pasta though but that is what I always use and it's worked great for me. :)

I weigh it out to 4oz of cooked pasta.. which is probably a cup... but I do everything by weight.
