Does your chest strap 00 out on you sometimes?

Yeah, mine was doing it too, especially during the plank positions in the 30DS. It was super frustrating. I ordered Conductor Gel from amazon and tonight I am happy to report I had a full session of Level 2 (lots of planks) without issue. If you are having problems with it, this is my suggestion. For regular cardio spit or water is okay as a conductor. This worked for me. Thought I would pass it on ... btw my HRM is a Polar F6.

Good to know! My Polar F7 has starting doing this intermittently. I'll definitely be picking up some of that gel!

    Thanks for the info.

Thanks - my Polar F6 just started doing this - I generally just wet it down again but this will be great.

I was doing the same but it wasn't enough. The gel works really well. Of course tonight will be the real test, putting the gel on AFTER having done cardio and sweating it up at the gym then going home to do the Jillian DVD. I will report back but am happy that last night I didn't have to worry about the chest strap losing connection.

2 days in a row and no issues doing planks while using the goo on my chest strap. If you are having issues DO IT! lol
