    no, and there's no need to track those. You should set your diary for Carbs, Fat, Protein, and 2 other things that make a huge difference to you. Sodium and fiber are a good start. Keep sodium below goal and try to make fiber go red.
    Personally I track calcium and iron when I am not taking supplements because as a woman approaching middle age I feel those are important now that I know I'm getting my fiber every day.

    My total carbs are -9, my fat is 26 (goal is 40) and protein is almost there with just 4 to go. I have entered all of my food in for the day and have a few extra calories left for a sneeky glass of red this evening (it is Friday afterall)!!

    Ive got 1355 left on my sodium. Is Fiber showing as dietary fiber? Because its already -10 :smile:

    I'd say that sounds like a pretty good day! :)

    You should make your diary public though so people can give advice better. It's easier when you see it.

    And the fiber goal they give you is way too low according to national standards, so ten over is actually perfect.
