appetite spikes

Can anyone give me some insight as to what may be going on here? After 2 months of not feeling deprived and eating to my calorie goal (plus eating about 200 back from my 1029 calorie cardio workout), I'm suddenly ravenous. Last 3 days have been way over. I'm thinking it may have something to do with my workout routine being disrupted the last 2 days - work related obligations. I don't understand how/why my appetite has gotten out of control after feeling so in control the last 2 months. What's up with that? My diary is public.

    Would love to hear some thoughts on this as well. I seem to have the same issue and wonder if it's my food choices that lead to sometimes what seems like excessive hunger:/
