Morning!

Just finished 30 minutes (I skipped Kim. . .she's just too perky for me today) of BL sculpt.

And, later today I'm walking to the grocery (about 45 minutes round trip. . .with extra bonus "bag carrying" on the way home.):tongue:

Happy Friday!:flowerforyou:

    I did 30 minutes of BL Sculpt(totally agree about Kim) and 20 minutes of BL Cardio(Bob & his lunges-ugh). Grocery shopping for me too-rainy here so no walking outside today.

    Everyone have a good weekend!

    Long story for me today. I'm becoming long winded about my updates.

    I was absolutely starving yesterday. I couldn't eat enough. One hour after my healthy lunch, I was hungry again. This is what I ate yesterday:
    breakfast - cereal, skim milk, 2 skim lattes
    snack - 10oz raspberries with musli
    lunch - whole wheat lasagna with zucchini and a roasted broccolini head
    snack 2 - 3/4 bag of carrots with 3 laughing cow cheese, broccolini head, boca burger
    snack 3 - yogurt with dried fruit
    dinner - 3 whole wheat waffles with a little pb or jelly, small/medium purple potato with more laughing cow

    At first I thought it was because husband was on a plane (I'm afraid to fly and my irrational fear extends to others) and I was worrying eating. But he landed safely and I was still starving!
    So after eating most of this, I walked for 435 calories - until the end of a movie, had the yogurt and was off to the biggest butt kicking I've had in a long time - for another 500 or so calories - I only lasted 45 minutes. See my new thread - What was your hardest workout ever - for more detail.

    Surprisingly enough, I'm not that sore today. Thanks Bob.

    I have days like that too, Mary. . .where I just can't stop eating. Sometimes I feel like it IS actually physical, some weird moon phase or biorhythm thing. Or, there's some weird trace element your body wants, so it keeps making you eat various things until it gets it. . . who knows.

    I am so in to those laughing cow things right now, too. Give me some grapes and a couple of those and I"m so happy.

    That makes me feel better. It wasn't a TOM either - I don't have those (depo is proof god loves us) - or is that TMI?

    Laughing cow has the added bonus, for us veggies, of not having rennet :bigsmile:

    I managed to squeeze in 30 minutes of taebo yesterday morning but I blew it when I had a Rice Dream bar which was a whole lot more calories than I expected! I need to looks at the labels before I buy! Hello!
    So today I put in Taebo amped full throttle. 8 minutes into it I knew it was going to kill me! Something happened and the dvd skipped forward to the end when I was only 25 minutes through it. To get back to where it messed up would have taken several minutes to forward it. It doesn't forward very fast in my laptop for some reason. I didn't want to wait that long for it because I would have ended up quiting. I put in the rockin' buns dvd and OW! I'm hurting. I still have to clean house and possibly go to the store tonight. UGH! It says you'll notice a difference in 7 days. I noticed a difference after 3 and this is day 5. Too bad the scale isn't showing the results yet. I'm only gaining. :grumble: Next week I think it'll show a loss.

    I was STARVING yesterday too, and ended up over on my calories. Just couldn't work it all off. It was the dark chocolate bar and the freeze dried baby pineapple (both from TJ's) that killed me.

    Up and at 'em this morning biked to the stairs and ran those (going to check in on the "hardest workout ever" -- these stairs kick my butt! It is inspirational though because this being L.A., there are the most beautiful, fit celebs working out on the stairs as well.

    So today:

    * Biked 40 minutes, ran stairs for 15 minutes
    * Staying within calories
    * Buying a HRM!!!! Yay!
    * Yoga before bed

    Still having problems with my computer so I am using the libraries today. I wish mine ran as fast as this. I really have to call the dish guy. I managed an hour walk today and if it doesn't rain, I will be out working in the garden. I can't post everyday but will try to get in to the library to try and keep in touch. Good job everyone. Mary don't feel alone. I couldn't stop eating yesterday and had no way to track it either. I feel for you. Just start again the next day:smile: ~karen
