Reached Goal weight-New Milestone

I've been in maintenance stage now that I have reached goal weight but I find new ways to reach new milestones. With my weightlifting program I recently measured my bodyfat percentage and came in at 11.9%. The lowest its ever been. I am currently on a cyclical ketogenic diet so that I can still build lean muscle while losing fat. Works great to maintain my current goals.
