Easter lunch?

I am making easter lunch this year, and I am sure the meal is going to be quite high calorie, especially because we are having an edward's brand key lime pie for dessert (450 cals a slice!).
So how do "make room" in your calories for a holiday meal? Or is it a "why bother"?
So yeah, easter chocolate, ham, key lime pie, grands flaky biscuits, maybe a marshmallow peep?

Hawaiian rolls with butter
sweet potato casserole
peach pie with stevia (for my husband) and a scoop of ice cream
fruit pizza (for the kids and me)0
