Fogarty's Seafood Saute Recreated

My dinner last evening...

OMG this is sooooooo good! I had this at Fogarty's not too long ago, and I loved it so much I had to come home and recreate it. I nailed it! Delicious fantail shrimp, scallops and lobster, sauteed with a butter, white wine, garlic and lemon sauce. You can use any white wine you like. I served mine in oval ramekins with Grilled Green Beans and a Side Salad. The sides are not included in the calorie count for this recipe.

fantail shrimp, large, fresh, 6
bay scallops, fresh, 2 ounces
lobster, fresh, 2 ounces, cut into small pieces
butter, 2 pats (1" sq, 1/3" high)
White wine, 2 ounces
garlic, fresh, chopped, (or more if you like)
lemon juice, 1/2 lemon, (or more if you like)
lemon wedge, 1

In a small saute pan melt butter, over med-high heat.
Add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Add lemon and white wine and let cook for 2 minutes, or until wine reduces a little.
Add shrimp, scallops, and lobster. Saute for 2 minutes.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
