Hi fitness pals!! My name is Dana and have been on MFP since January 2014. I did have a different account about 2 years ago when that crash diet failed... I stopped.. I am a little more than 5'6 and a half- I started at 210lbs biggest I've ever been???? and currently weighing in at 188. My weight is stuck between 184-188. And it is really killing me! I'm exercising more, and maybe eating a little more.. I eat between 1,300-1,600 calories a day.. But with now blogging on this I hope to have plenty of pals and support eachother through our journeys! Yes I want to have a body I never had before.. I want to feel confident.. I have so any insecurities and becoming "healthy" and dieting is a HUGE challenge for me. My UGW is to look and feel good!! But my first goal is 165lbs :P what is your goal?!
