I originally joined this site in June 2012 when I first started to focus on my health. Since then my life has done a 180.
Found out in early 2013 that my husband of 15 months was cheating on me and he subsequently left me for this other woman. So, obviously my healthy eating and focusing on exercise took a back seat.
I've since divorced him and moved back to my hometown into my own place. I also enrolled at university, coming to the end of my first year now. But there's a problem, I found I was having difficulty walking around campus due to my excess weight causing pain in my joints. So, here I am.
I've made the decision to spend my summer religiously eating right and getting in shape to boost my chances of changing my lifestyle permanently and losing weight for the last time.
I am starting a green smoothie regime to eat (drink??) more veg and switching soda for water.
For anyone who is interested, check out this awesome site I found. It will estimate your weight at a certain date providing you stick to your calorie deficiency.
