The Hardest thing giving up for your weight Loss program?
I think the hardest thing for me to cut back on is coffee, now I only have two cups a day for breakfast. I love coffee, its not the coffee that's bad for you its the cream and sugar that I put into it. The Starbucks, Non fat are still huge on calories. I have not been to one in 18 days or any other coffee shop.. What is the hardest thing you had to cut back on? Pizza? Cheese? Pasta? Fast Food? And give yourself props for your daily control!
