How to log short target workouts?

How do you log a short target workout, such as the 10 min arms or gluts video workouts? I did one using the Exercise on Demand channel but not sure how to log it. Is it just strength training and I put arms or gluts for example? It was not a cardio video.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I would log the actual exercises done (like bicep curls, triceps kickbacks, etc.) in the video as resistance training, but I would also log the time as cardio under strength training. When you log specific resistance training exercises, MFP lets you track reps, sets, and weights so that you can see your improvements (like more weight used as you progress), but it doesn't track calories burned. And even though it is strength training and not cardio, it does burn calories, so you should count them. But you can only count calories burned in MFP through the cardio section.0

Hi Elizabeth, I would post it as strength training since you were targeting specific muscle groups and it wasn't cardio.0
