Who has done it, what are your thoughts on it? What am I in for? Will results start to show with a 6 week program?

    I love it! My body is changing and I'm so much stronger every week. It works for me, and I enjoy being there and the people.
    What am I in for?

    You are in for 15 minutes or so of stretching, 25 minutes of working on a skill, and about 15 minutes of a high intensity workout. You're in to seriously push yourself and feel weak and sweaty and accomplished after.
    Will results start to show with a 6 week program?

    What do you mean "6 week program"?
    But within 6 weeks, as long as you really try, you will definitely see changes.

    It's a good program to push you. Results will also depend, of course on diet. The have an "on ramp" program if you are new to help you become acclimated to it.

    I did the on-ramp program this time last year, injured myself doing clean & presses, after 1 month I decided it is for people younger than me :/
