Hey there would just like to introduce myself. I have been on a diet/exercise regime for a while now and have managed to drop 44 lb's from 338 starting point. Looking to reach at least a healthy weight. I'm not so concerned with getting thin rather on becoming healthy. As before I begun my regime I was getting muscle ache just going shopping. I realized that my health was frankly disastrous and set out to rectify it. After completely revamping my diet I started Doing half hour workouts. Working them up to one hour workouts 3 days a week and started walking once a day. I quickly went from being able to walk round the neighborhood to now being able to do 2 hour walks and the thing that hurts most is my feet. I am still pretty heavy after all despite having lost just over a stone a month. I have just recently joined a gym and am ready to kick this into high gear I hope for all your help and support and I hope I can offer some in return.
