Wheat Berries vs. Quinoa?

Hey ya'll,
One of my goals on MFP is to learn about and try new foods. I'm a newly converted quinoa believer, but I recently read some articles on Wheatberries.
The articles are simply too long and rambling, and I just don't have time to sort through the various webpages. I want to know, is one better for you than the other? They each seem to have their own merits, but I would really like a "Wheat berry vs. Quinoa" rundown. Can anyone explain some of the differences and why I would eat one vs the other (aside from preference)?
Thanks!

Well, wheat is a allergy trigger for me, so I don't each wheatberries anymore. Quinoa only. And I prefer the flavor and texture of quinoa.0
