Tips for Travelers?

I travel every week for work and am looking for some tips from fellow travelers. I work out nearly every day when I'm not traveling, but given work travel involves long hours, little sleep, and sub-par hotel gyms... what's a fitness enthusiast to do?

Eating healthy while traveling has been pretty easy, actually. The tough part is (a) finding the time to work out, (b) having the energy left after really long days & little sleep to work out, (c) traveling to different/unfamiliar places frequently, and (d) being able to continue weight training (cardio I can do pretty much anywhere,) but most of the exercises in my normal workout routine require weights (dumbbell/barbell) and machines.

Any tips would be great!
