T-25!!!!

Today is day 2 of T25. So far I am liking it. I'm just wanting to see if anyone else is currently doing the program as well as to hear others peoples results to use as motivation. It is difficult but I know I can do it. My go is to lose 25 pounds with the 90 day program. Is that reasonable?? Any feed back is appreciated

    Thats 2 pounds a week, or thereabouts, so depending on your current weight, it CAN be reasonable, but it would be very very difficult unless you have a lot of weight to lose. Weight loss is mostly about diet, exercise is more about retaining or building muscle, which is important. So keep track of your calorie intake vs burn.

    Also, I was on a 5 week road trip and did the alpha program but spread out because I was on the road a lot, so I dabbled into it every 2 to 3 days. I really like it, but I like it because it offers a modifier which I need because of a bad knee. Definitely put me into a sweat.

    I'm hoping when I finish it, that I can just keep repeating the gamma and the gamma hybrid and really start building some strength, I am very weak as a person lol.

    I officially start Monday going to start over from the beginning and follow the program exactly. I'm still unpacking from my trip and that's when the calendar starts anyway ^.^
