How to count/build recipe?

So I have a chicken carcass and some saved trimmings that I had planned to boil to make broth but I can't for the life of me figure out how I would make an accurate recipe or count it for calories. I intend to take the bones, skin, fat blobs, etc. OUT of the broth when I'm done so obviously I wouldn't count them, or at least not all of them... ack! Help, what would you do?

    I would cook everything like you said , cool, remove the fat and look at the database for homemade chicken stock. Hope this helped..
