So on Tuesday, I decided to incorporate Jullian's 30 Day Shred into my workout routine, omg what was I thinking !! Today is day 4 and let me tell u I am completly sore, I can last 85 min on the elliptical not stop but this is not getting easier but dispite the pain Im pushing myself. So i NEED EXTRA MOTIVIATION , AND THIS THREAD CAN BE FOR ANYONE THATS STARTING THE 30 DAY SHRED AND NEEDS MOTIVATION OR ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THEIR SUCCESS PICS OR STORY WITH THE 30 DAY SHRED. slow progress is the best progress so Im hanging in there !!! 4 days down and 26 to go WOW THATS SOUNDS LIKE A LOT LOL!!!

I just started it yesterday after a looong (2 years!!) break! It's HARD. And I didn't even use weights yesterday!0

I will be on Day 22 tomorrow. And I am noticing results and I feel sooooo much stronger. When I started I could probably pump out 10 pushups before my arms gave out, and now I'm easily getting through 25-30 "man pushups" at a time. Woohoo! However, I have done mine really differently. Instead of doing each level for 10 days straight, I decided to do Level 1 for one day, Level 2 the next, and Level 3 the next day, and then repeat because I didn't want my body getting used to the routine. I think when I'm done I'll give this one a rest for a while and then come back and do it in the order I was supposed to.0
