I've also been lurking

I have been unsuccessful trying ot lose weight for a few year now. I need ot get on track. I am hoping spring and warmer weather so that I can get outside and be active-er will help me.:flowerforyou:

I want to lose at least 30 lb. and get fit and stronger.

I live in Wisconsin.
I keep a few horses and my main exercise surrounds them and the chores involved in taking care of them.
I also walk, garden and try to keep our little terrier tired.

I am starting this MFP thing by working on tracking my food.
