Time for a change

I started MFP this week and I am loving it. I never thought I would get so excited about looking up the nutrition facts of what I'm eating. Today I used it to actually make a choice on what was for lunch. It saved me a ton. I am 38 and have had 4 kids. At 5'7 the doctors would like to see me around 130-140.My goal is 150-155. I'm down 4 lbs and have 28-30 left to go. In high school I struggled with bulimia and vowed to not get caught in "weight" worries again. I gave my self an excuse to eat crappy. Now its time to get fit. I will be happy with whatever that looks like when I am eating healthy, exercising, shredding the jiggle and replacing it with muscle. I love the accountability offered here!
