Next Weeks Dinner Plans :)

So a little extra time on my hands so here it is: Next weeks dinner menu for all my friends who like to see what Im making. I won't go to the store until Sat evening though I am also making a big pot of Lentils for my lunch for the week.
Monday: Baseball Game-slow cooker pork and slaw sandwiches (only 330 calories)
Tuesday: Baseball Game-Slow cooker beef stroganoff (480 calories)
Wed: Baseball Game-Baked Italian Style Cauliflower only 30 mins from start to finish
Thursday-Baseball practice and GAME- Quick pork tacos, sliced avocado and refried beans (not a cooking light recipe just a good old standby)
Friday-Baseball concession stand duty-chicken and rice casserole.
So yeah, I can still do baseball stuff 5 days a week and put dinner on the table. All meals under 500 calories per serving too.
All these meals are found on the cooking light website! I am telling you that is the go to place for well rounded dinners that families will eat ! I am down 16 pounds in 34 days eating these recipes for dinner every night.
