At Home Workout - Mixing it up!

Hello all! A month and a half ago I finally started working out regularly. I'm not a big fan of gyms, mostly because the one that are near my home are really small, old, and just... well... not good; and the ones near my workplace are either too expensive or too crowded, and I, suffering from mild anxiety and huge insecurities, can't really handle those right now - plus work has been getting crazy, so not really having much time.
So, for the past 6 weeks I've been working out at home. I did some general workouts back during my first week, and then switched onto Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I absolutely love it. I'm starting Week 6 tomorrow and even though I haven't seen much results on the scale, I'm dropping centimeters, getting more compact and definitely fitter. However, as I recently realized that my whole calorie-counting strategy has been wrong and I've pushed myself way too badly, my current weight loss is near zero - might have blocked my metabolism with under-eating (netting calories to around 800-900...).
I've already asked for help with the calories and the macros, and now I'm here to ask for help with the exercises.
I love Body revolution, but I think I want to do a bit more. I've got the Fitness Blender 4-week fat loss program for busy people and it seems just about amazing. And as I'm quite busy, I'm now trying to figure out whether to do it right after/before Body Revolution for a total of roughly 1 hour of working out at evenings as I have hardly any time in mornings. OR split the Fitness Blender into 2 - one part in the morning (can't give more than 15minutes each morning as I'm already waking up super early), and add the second part to the BR (each of the FB's workouts are summing up to 30 minutes and can easily be split in two 15min ones)?
In the FB's booklet they do say that splitting is an option and that it might even lead to better results...
But... I'd be happy to hear some opinions and tips from people who have more experience and more knowledge than I do.

I'm also wondering about Focus T25. A lot of people around here seem to be doing it and have great results. And again... I am wondering whether to add it to my Body revolution. The two one after the other in evenings? Or it might get too much, because both are high intensive...
Any opinions?

all you can do is give it a go and see what works for u. if you cant get through the second workout then you know for the moment back to back is too much. i am a fitness blender fan and find one of their 30/35 mins workouts fine for me each day. i have never done T25 but think you have fab choices on fitness blender.0

Oh, Fitness Blender is amazing! I spent the past 2 days watching so many videos, feeling like a kid in a toy store I even got their 4 week program for busy people - amazing stuff. I think I will be experimenting around in the next week or so to find out the optimum mix. I'm an ex athlete (had to stop my soccer and volleyball careers in mid teen years due to an injury and after that I got the weight problems), so now I'm all hooked up on building something that will not only get me 'there', but will also challenge me0
