Am i eating too much fat?

I get around 50-60g a day.. I was wondering I was maybe getting too much. Most of my fat comes from plant based sources though and nuts..

    Unless you have a medical reason to restrict your fat intake, this should be fine.

    My fat goal is 63g per day, and I aim to reach that as a minimum. I'm losing just fine with that amount of fat as long as i'm under my calorie goal. Some people lose lots of weight with no regard for their macros, just eating at a deficit.
