Time to cut back?

The last month I have been eating 1800 a day and lifting, I am seeing great results with muscle and ab growth, I am 6ft female. The 1800 was great at first but the past week I have found myself having to force food into me to meet my goal of 1800 and find myself saying "I seriously just ate all that and STILL have to eat more" after meals and snacks. Is this my body's way of telling me I can lower my intake a little bit? Would it be okay to maybe go down to 1650 or something? I want to be able to enjoy food, not have to eat when I am not hungry or feel like it's a task.

    Wouldn't have anything to do with the 4k binge you mentioned earlier, could it? I don't work out as much as you and eat 2300 at 5'3.5", there are days I'm actually still hungry

    What are you eating that's leaving you so full all the time?
