I am 33 days into this and have lost 6 lbs and with out walking.. this month the plan is to hit the road again or treadmill. I was wondering though when reaching your goals for the day some things are higher in sugar like Naked fruit smoothies but it's natural sugars.. I have heard in the past that it breaks down quicker in your body than granulated?

I wouldn't worry about things like this. If your goal is to lose weight then what matters is making sure that you are in a calorie deficit. It's also important to get adequate protein, fats, and fiber, as well as micronutrients. So long as you aren't crowding out those nutrient requirements with sugar and you are staying under your calorie goals, you will lose weight and improve your health markers.
