Hi I'm looking for fellow uk Mfp friends with open diaries who log on a daily basis to help me stay on track. Mainly uk as for time difference and similar food types, but all welcome

    I'm new to MFP and am in South Yorkshire. I aim to log in daily. I have lost 11 pounds before I joined here but very slowly, am hoping to lose the rest at a quicker pace! I have about 4 stones to lose ideally, but if I saw 10 stone again I would be happy :)
