Hi Guys

Does anyone knows how many calories does the Booth Camp DVD burns? Or how to log it in?

I create my own exercises and use my heart rate monitor to get my calorie burn.
Not eveyone works out as hard as the next person so DVD's like that can vary widely from person to person.
If you don't already use a HRM I highly suggest you save your pennies and get one.
