So Pauline Nordin is a personal trainer who started the fighter diet at. http://fighterdiet.com/
I am interested in buying some books but they are like $40 an Ebook.

Anybody want to split the costs?
Anybody read her Books?
Anybody have any takes on her

    if you want to be a fighter you have to train like one. Try joining a MMA club or something, or any kind of martial arts club

    If you want to lose fat, you just need a calorie deficit, balanced macros and a balanced diet for good health

    combine the two and you'll be a fit, lean fighting machine

    They have a diet for everything! I'm just an average Joe Martial Arts student getting ready for a point spar tourney and a full contact tourney. I eat regular food, upped the protein for weight lifting, and practice a whole lot. So far it's working really well. If I stop being the strongest, fastest female fighter in my schools I'll give this a try!
  • i have a couple of these i have her baddass workout one and keep that on my phone ..its got some good workouts in ...the other i think was the concept ....it covers what most books do ..common sense mainly and there is nothing in them you cant find without having a google if im honest but she is straight to the point ..she is bring out an app soon ..that i will be getting :-) xx
