To weigh(t) or not to weigh(t)

Hi there,

I've sort of fallen off the wagon the last two days in that I have consumed over my allotted calories - I ate quite a lot of chocolate last night, and had a big Chinese lunch today (but nothing else). I weighed myself today and I have lost 4.6lbs from last Sunday. But, I'm afraid that is going to be negatively affected by the indiscretions mentioned above. Should I weigh myself again tomorrow morning and 'draw a line under it' or just leave it to next week? How long does it take food you've eaten to end up as fat on your body if you've overeaten? Am I just being pedantic? Thing is, I know I'll stress about this if I don't weigh, but I'm worried that the number will be up on the scales if I do.

Any advice? Or should I just behave myself and carry on tracking till next week's weigh in?
