exams and stress eating

Hi I'm doing exams in less than a month and I also want to go from 121 lbs to 110 lbs by July but Ive started to think that I can't manage that because I dont have time to do much exercise with all the revision and when I'm tired and stressed, I can't seem to stick to a diet for more than a week at a time without having a binge day. Is anyone else struggling to balance weightloss goals with exams or has any tips for managing both at the same time? Thank you :)
