Pregnant Fit Mommas! :)

I'm 31 weeks pregnant with our first, due June 22nd! Its a boy! Before I became pregnant I was super fit, worked out 6 days a week, mostly heavy lifting and ate nothing but clean and healthy foods. The first few weeks of pregnancy I was always nauseous, but never sick enough to be throwing up. The only food I could stomach was junk food! I also got hit hard with the constant tiredness. It was hard enough staying awake through the work day, let alone come home and get a good workout in. Up until about the 6 month mark, I didn't work out at all! I lost a lot of my muscle mass and still hate myself for it! I was 115 pounds pre-pregnancy and weigh 128 now. I quit the junk food as soon as I was able to eat better food without feeling sick so thank god I haven't put on a bunch of fat! it helped a lot to have a job where I was on my feet constantly the whole day otherwise I probably would have put on more weight than I have! I've tried to get back into my lifting routine but obviously lifting lighter and have had a hard time getting through a good workout without my back hurting. So the only thing I've been able to do is walk 15-20 minutes a day which I am happy with. At least I am able to do something to stay active! I am just ready to meet the little man and get my pre-pregnancy body back! I am making it my goal to have my body back by summer of 2015 if not sooner! How many other moms are struggling with keeping up with their workouts? Or the opposite. Any fit mommas who have kept with their workout routine throughout the whole pregnancy? I'm curious to know! I need some friends on my list too that are soon to be moms so add me!

Not that I'm an expert on this of course Jengababe, but it seem it does vary from woman to woman. My running partner and friend is 5 months along and it's a breeze for her. No sickness, no nothing. My sister, on the other hand, was sick as a DOG for the first trimester with both her kids. I remember getting a text from my sis begging me to drop her meds off to her as she was so ill. I dropped everything and drove 45 mins out of town for her lol.0
