Angry music.... not death metal or somebody trying to deep%$#@ the mic...I want to hear the words clearly.
    Put it to an orchestra...too

    Metallica (S&M)
    Linkin Park
    Eminem

When I run I love music with the cadance to match my pace...

I'm with Nomad, except, I just do Linkin Park & Eminem

I also am in a Katy Perry 'Roar' kick as it rings LOUDLY as to my life right now! I turn that puppy up LOUD in my headphones when it comes on!

I'm afraid to put my earphones in at the gym but once I get over that it'll either be comedians (right now John Mulaney and Natasha Leggero) or Jack Off Jill (I never imagined I'd be nostalgic for high school).

I've been doing Zumba DVDs, which have different kinds of music and dancing (mostly Latin but the Mix DVD has other ones mixed in as well).
