Hey im new to my fitness pal,
I'm needing lots of motivation!!! With 2 kids (1 homeschooled) i dont have much time for myself. About half a month ago i started using a different website to track calories and exercise. I was successful enough to have lost about 10lbs by eating around 1200 calories a day and doing the 30 day shred exercise video some days and other days i played tennis (singles) with my sister. On tuesdays i play tennis on a league!!! (SO FUN)
Sence im pretty new at this and only 20 years old with no dieting experience please share some of your success about how you lost weight...i appreciate any help and you can add me as a friend if you want :)

    Start a gym class. For your home school-er. Dance, jump rope, hula hoop.For 30 minutes a day... a few days a week.

    i am new to this site lookin for friends.....i am excited t be on this site. i joined a gym also but the classes well they look a little over my head gotta get over that for sure......
