SO I'm trying to lose at least 15 lbs by Christmas but the weight is not falling off as quickly as I had hoped . I think I'm doing everything I need to be doing to lose the weight , working out every day for at least 30 mins, eating the right amount of calories. If anyone has any suggestion lay them on me .
