It Might be that you hit the wall...your body maybe used to the workout and needs to be pushed a little harder...that's where I am right now too...
  • Hey, Chap! Im across the lake. (I think thats the term for being in America?)

I think Cholepapi has it right. If you are eating the same, proportional to your tdee and weight, then your body has gotten used to the routine.

If your TDEE (daily energy expenditure, or how much calories you use in the day) has gone down, and your food intake stays the same, you will not lose any weight.
If your weight goes down, your body needs less to sustain itself. If you do not adjust your food accordingly, you will not lose any weight.

But if both of those are where they should be, Then your body has found a way to be efficient. the body doesn't want to lose weight, it wants to always sustain. By dieting and working out, you are in a battle with your metabolism. It knows where to put the nutrients where and when because there is a pattern that it follows.

The only thing you can do is make a change through routine or diet. if you normally work out at night, try working out in the morning, when the body is used to doing nothing. Alternate days/nights, so your body doesn't know whats coming next. And, research "muscle confusion." it is used a lot in high-intensity-interval-training.

Of course, i do not know how much you weight, so you could be at your minimum ideal weight, in which case you wont lose any unless you go into malnutrition.

Are you currently logging your food?

Would you be comfortable opening your diary for us?

How many calories are you eating?

How are you measuring your portion sizes? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups/spoons, or eyeballing your portion sizes?

Are you eating back any of your earned exercise calories?

If so, what method are you using to estimate your calories burned? MFP, gym machine estimates, or a heart rate monitor?
