Hi, I'm Gabby! I've been on MFP for about 4 years now and I haven't really ventured out to make new friends. But now I'm ready to share my journey with you, because I know it will help both of us to succeed. Looking for support and inspiration!

I'm mainly looking for female friends around my age (23) who have similar goals. I've got 80+ lbs I'd like to lose and I want to do it the slow and steady way, NOT the super-restrictive and intense way. I've tried and succeeded in losing weight that way but have not kept it up. I'm looking to make small changes that I can actually live with for the rest of my life.
