Things I have learned in 100 days and 36 pounds gone

I Love lifting weights! Still hate cardio but it is a must
Golden apples are yummy
If I eat egg substitute or oatmeal for breakfast I fell less hungry through out the day
If I want something sweet I wait till 15 to 20 minutes after a reasonable portion meal then eat a low calorie desert like a 90 calorie brownie or a sugar free pudding I am very satisfied. (normally I would laugh at the size of a 90 calorie brownie)
Those sweet and spicy tuna packs from starkist are yummy! (I have really never liked tuna before)
I can still eat pizza if I watch the rest of my calories for the day and eat a reasonable portion (like two slices not four)
Broccoli is yummy and a great add on days I feel really hungry without adding a million calories
That going to the gym is a break from my day just like watching tv (Yes I have two jobs and two kids involved in a million activities)
And the most important thing I have learned is that watching what you eat and exercise really do work!!

Thanks everyone for all the support and feel free to add me!
