Hi, my name is Matt, i'm from Maryland and over the last 3 years i've gained about 40 lbs.. i completely stopped going to the gym and eating healthy... Funtime is OVER.... i'm ready to get my beach body back! Lets do this people. :D

    yaay Matt!! Im so with you. I work overnight 12hr shifts and have gained over 50lbs in over 2yrs and i want it gone! I have been on here less then a week and have lost about 2lbs and its because of the motivation i get from everyone on this site..i love it! Good luck hope to see your progress in the future

    That is EXACTLY what happened to me!!! The time frame of 3 years AND the exact 40lbs lol!!! I am ready to be skinny again too!! :)
