I have over eaten this weekend too. I'm bloated and feeling less energetic.
I made myself go for a long walk but then returned to some choc cookies.

log it if you can (if its not too late) then move on

Just remember that you are going to experience this holiday and many others every year for the rest of your life. You can either a) dread it and freak out when you overeat, b) deprive yourself and miss out on a big part of the fun and festivities or c) remember that even if you go over your goal by 2000 cals that day, that's only like a half pound which you can lose over the course of the next week, easily. So it means you maintain for a week? Who cares! It's not a race, it's a lifestyle.0
