Except hopefully not a hard fail… maybe more like recognizing little "fails" are not pitfalls and I can always keep moving forward.

Hello! I'm Julia.

Pulling a leaf out of Beckett's book on this one. If it wasn't clear before, I've been on this site (and others) before but haven't been successful before. This time, I have some really, really solid dates for reaching my goal weight.

-I'm applying for a big scholarship this coming fall and one of the requirements is energy (read: sports).
-Disney World with my extended March 2015
-Bridesmaid for a wedding in Maui (!!!) July 2015

So… that's me.

What are your best tips and tricks that I can adopt as I do this thang?

Take it one day at a time.
Set mini goals - daily or weekly (you're be so apt to meet them) My goal this week - NO EATING OUT, eating all meals at home
Consistency - even if you exercise only 5-10 minutes in the morning, on lunch or afternoons. Be consistent, then it will become a habit
