Hi there - I was hoping someone might be able to give me a few tips on what to eat during the day... I have my carbs during the day because I work quite late in the evening and I am getting really sick of tuna and brown rice or wholemeal pasta with xcanned tomaotoes etc - any ideas on how to vary this but still eat carbs?

    What about quinoa, couscous or barley? They are all pretty easy to cook and they are great alternatives to pasta and rice. They are most likely even healthier. You can chop up mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and fresh herbs and add them to the grain. It makes them even yummier!
