Lost the weight now on a new mission

Hi, I started using this app as part of my new year resolution last year. I am now 2.5 stone lighter and apparently at my ideal weight. So what is my goal now. To put on a bit of muscle get a flat tummy and build up my strength and stamina. I suspect it will be more of a challenge than loosing the weight lol

    Adding muscle means a calorie suprlus and heavy lifting...it can be challenaging yes...find a good program for lifting, keep accurate logging (with lots of protien) and you should be fine.
